Your New Role

As the IT/Operations Manager you will manage the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the company's growing IT infrastructure.

Some of the key tasks include:
•Manage, design, and implement the company’s IT infrastructure, including systems and networks in line with industry best practices.
•Manage day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring systems availability, performance, and reliability.
•Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support for technical projects, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
•Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify technology needs, develop IT strategies, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
•Ensure compliance with relevant IT policies, procedures, and security standards, including data privacy and protection.
•Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements, recommending and implementing improvements to IT infrastructure and operations.

About You
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, MCSE) are highly desirable.
•5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure and operations, preferably within a complex and distributed environment.
•Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a technical team.
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
•Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Windows systems administration, networking and virtualisation technologies.
•Experience in Azure cloud technologies and managing hybrid environments.
